This is a pilot target for a new ligand-binding assessment initiative affiliated with CASP. The data are provided by the Target 2035 project (https:/www.target2035.net). Target 2035 aims to develop a pharmacological modulator for every protein in the human proteome by 2035. We anticipate running a rolling set of challenges based on this great data stream, including both binding and structure prediction. The pilot is on predicting the structure of a protein-ligand complex.
The apo structure of the protein has been deposited to the PDB as 7KQQ, a crystal structure of human WDR55. The same construct in the residue range of 21-334 was used for generating the protein-ligand co-crystal structure. |
