METHOD Sequences from converged PSI-BLAST search of the nr database were 
METHOD aligned in pileup, adjusted manually, and submitted to the JPRED server. 
METHOD The obtained secondary structure prediction was used as input into the 
METHOD MAP program (Russell, Copley, & Barton, J. Mol. Biol. 259, 349-365,  
METHOD 1996) which yielded the ferridoxin-like fold of 1nue as the best hit. 
METHOD However this fold is not consistent with predicted secondary structure, 
METHOD suggesting that YBAK assumes a novel fold.
