"Decoy Sets" are collections of CASP models at various levels of
accuracy. Other useful sets, developed in the community, will also be
available through this site. The resource is provided for testing new
methods of protein structure modeling and refinement. In particular, the
resource may be useful to those developing/testing algorithms for
choosing likely solutions from among many models of different quality or
needing unbiased material for training statistically-based potentials.
Two collections of data are currently available through this web site:
(1) Common CASP Sets containing already tar-ed and gzip-ed CASP model
archives, available by individual CASP experiment, target length and
target difficulty, and (2) Interactively generated Custom CASP Sets
enabling preparation of more specific data. Poor quality predictions
(GDT_TS of less than 20% relative to the best submitted model) are not
included.
