Unlike other refinement targets, two models are suggested as starting points here. These are the two best server models received on T0614 (GDT_TS around 70). Each of these models has different bits of the structure modeled better than the other one. Predictors are free to use only one of the suggested models as a starting point for the refinement or combine information from both of them. But remember, that this is only one refinement target.
The experimental structure misses residues 1, 123-135, which were trimmed from the models.
