First step to evaluate QA predictions: 

Run ./create_qa_predictions.pl to create cleaned QA predictions 
with group numbers instead of group names in the files.  

!!! Note. Do not allow the change of group names in the progress of 
the experiment as this will result in problems of finding groups  
with non-existing any more names.
