seq and pdb templates for TR targets are prepared by running the script prepare_TR...

For TR targets in seq file delete second header row and adjust the first row with the correct data (number of residues, range). 
Delete missing in the target residues from the template pdb files.
Check TR target files for domain-based targets in ../ directory.

IMPORTANT! For domain-based targets create links 
T0217.pdb.txt -> T0817.pdb.txt 
otherwise wrong residue numbering would be read in or target name will not be recognized.  


seq and pdb templates for Ts and Tx  targets are prepared by the system, 
when the target is created. 

Ts tarballs are uploaded directly from lazy ~/casp12/targets/Ts_data_.../ 
(put there by saving email attachments from Guy's group)
