PFRMAT TS TARGET T1022s1 AUTHOR 1710-6893-2295 REMARK All of the structures in the stage2 tarball were used for the fragment METHOD library. A separate library of selected PDB pieces was not constructed. METHOD In the first round of a GA algorithm, fragments 1 to 30 residues in length METHOD are swapped into small random subsets of models in the stage 2 tarball.
