PFRMAT TS TARGET T1019s1 AUTHOR 4972-1742-8583 METHOD The structure was predicted using our ab-initio hierarchical approach METHOD described in ref. 1, in which an extensive conformational search is METHOD carried out in a united-residue approximation by means of multiplexing METHOD replica exchage molecular dynamics (MREMD), followed by selection of the METHOD most probable clusters of geometrically similar conformations and the METHOD conversion of the alpha-carbon trace of the most probable structure of METHOD each cluster to a full-atom chain by using the PULCHRA [2] and SCWRL [3] METHOD algorithms. The new version of UNRES force field with torsional and METHOD correlation potentials derived rigorously in our recent work [4], which METHOD depend on both virtual-bond and virtual-bond-dihedral angles (consistent METHOD with the statistics derived from the PDB), which was calibrated by using METHOD the new maximum-likelihood optimization procedure developed in our METHOD laboratory [4] was used. METHOD The conformational search was restrained by CB tertiary contacts predicted METHOD based on homology templates [6,7].
