PFRMAT TS TARGET T0986s1 AUTHOR 7138-2959-4870 METHOD The structure was predicted using our ab-initio hierarchical approach METHOD described in ref. 1, in which an extensive conformational search is METHOD carried out in a united-residue approximation by means of multiplexing METHOD replica exchage molecular dynamics (MREMD), followed by selection of the METHOD most probable clusters of geometrically similar conformations and the METHOD conversion of the alpha-carbon trace of the most probable structure of METHOD each cluster to a full-atom chain by using the PULCHRA [2] and SCWRL [3] METHOD algorithms. Shielding effect potentials derived rigorously in our recent METHOD work [4] was used.
