PFRMAT TS TARGET T0980s2 AUTHOR BAKER-ROSETTASERVER METHOD ROSETTA provides both ab initio and METHOD comparative models of protein domains. METHOD Comparative models are built from structures METHOD detected and aligned by HHSEARCH, SPARKS, and METHOD Raptor.
