PFRMAT TS TARGET T0980s2 AUTHOR 1710-6893-2295 REMARK No tarball structures were used. Instead an ensemble of 6000 compact full-length METHOD decoys was built as a source of segments for swapping. In the first round METHOD of a GA algorithm, fragments 1 to 30 residues in length are swapped into small random METHOD subsets of decoys. In subsequent rounds, evolution was driven by METHOD selection functions focusing on removing atom overlap and optimal packing.
