PFRMAT TS TARGET T0980s2 AUTHOR IntFOLD5 METHOD IntFOLD5-TS: The first stage uses the ModFOLDclust2 model quality assessment program to rank models built from alternative profile-profile alignments. The second stage of the method uses the resulting global and local model quality assessment scores to select alignments for multiple template modelling.
