PFRMAT TS TARGET T0955 AUTHOR BAKER-ROSETTASERVER METHOD ROSETTA provides both ab initio and METHOD comparative models of protein domains. METHOD Comparative models are built from structures METHOD detected and aligned by HHSEARCH, SPARKS, and METHOD Raptor. Loop regions are assembled from fragments and METHOD optimized to fit the aligned template structures. METHOD De novo models are built using the Rosetta de METHOD novo protocol.
