PFRMAT TS TARGET T0955 AUTHOR 1301-5590-3104 METHOD METHOD Models are generated by a pipeline consisting of threading, METHOD ab initio modeling and structural refinement. For free METHOD modeling (FM) targets, models are first generated by QUARK, METHOD followed by I-TASSER refinement. For template based modeling METHOD (TBM) targets, models are directly generated and refined by METHOD I-TASSER. In all the steps, sequence-based contact-map prediction METHOD from Bayes-model and deep-learning have been used as restraints METHOD to guide the modeling process. The procedure is fully automated.
