PFRMAT TS TARGET T0953s1 AUTHOR 1710-6893-2295 REMARK ALL structures in the stage2 tarball were used. METHOD Using pieces of 23000 proteins selected by statistical potentials for low backbone energies, METHOD an ensemble of 4000 compact full-length decoys was built as a source of segments for swapping. METHOD In the first round of a GA algorithm, 1-35rez in length were forceably swapped into small random METHOD subsets of models in the stage 2 tarball. In subsequent rounds, evolution was driven by METHOD selection functions comprised of various statistical potentials and heuristic parameters.
