PFRMAT TS TARGET T0953s1 AUTHOR IntFOLD5 METHOD IntFOLD5-TS: The first stage uses the ModFOLDclust2 model quality assessment program to rank models built from alternative profile-profile alignments. The second stage of the method uses the resulting global and local model quality assessment scores to select alignments for multiple template modelling. This new population of models is then ranked using ModFOLD7.
