PFRMAT TS TARGET S0953s1 AUTHOR 6355-2125-1751 METHOD The structure was predicted using our ab-initio hierarchical approach METHOD described in ref. 1, in which an extensive conformational search is METHOD carried out in a united-residue approximation by means of multiplexing METHOD replica exchage molecular dynamics (MREMD) with a log-likelihood term METHOD corresponding to the restraints from the small x-ray scattering (SAXS) METHOD measurements [2], followed by selection of the most probable clusters METHOD of geometrically similar conformations and the conversion of the METHOD alpha-carbon trace of the most probable structure of each cluster to METHOD a full-atom chain by using the PULCHRA [3] and SCWRL [4] algorithms.
