PFRMAT TS TARGET R1004-D2 AUTHOR 1710-6893-2295 REMARK Many structures in the stage2 tarball were used. METHOD Using pieces of 23000 proteins selected by statistical potentials for low backbone energies, METHOD an ensemble of 3000 compact full-length decoys was built as a source of segments for swapping.
