PFRMAT TS TARGET R1004-D2 AUTHOR 0582-4713-9817 METHOD The prediction is based on a single all-atom (explicit-solvent) METHOD molecular dynamics simulation with the length of about 63 METHOD nano-seconds. The original model was built into a cubic water METHOD box. Without equilibrium, the model was directly used as the METHOD initial structure for an enhanced sampling dynamic simulation. METHOD As a measurement of refinement quality, we monitored METHOD protein-water interactions.
