PFRMAT TS TARGET N0981-D2 AUTHOR 8227-3257-4649 REMARK Models 1 and 2 were created using all available NMR data i.e. NOEs, REMARK evolutionary couplings and RDCs. Models 3,4 and 5 were created using only RDCs. METHOD Rosetta Abinito protocol was used for initial fold-level modeling. METHOD Rosetta iterative hybridize protocol was used for structure refinement.
