PFRMAT TS TARGET N0980s1 AUTHOR 8227-3257-4649 METHOD Rosetta Abinito protocol was used for initial fold-level modeling of each METHOD separate subunit. Rosetta iterative hybridize protocol was used for METHOD structure refinement of each separate subunit. Rosetta Dock was then METHOD used to model the structure of the heterodimeric complex. METHOD Dihedral angle restraints were used for fragment generation. METHOD Distance restraints from unambiguous NOE contacts and evolutionary METHOD covariances as well as RDC restraints were used for folding with METHOD Rosetta Abinitio.
