Our lab has a high-resolution X-ray dataset for this protein (2.3 angstroms), but its low homology to previously solved structures (_25%) has made it difficult to solve. We have used Rosetta, MOE, and other fragment-based and homology-generating programs_tools to try to generate a starting model, to no avail when it comes to molecular replacement. We are pursuing means of generating anomalous data, but it would be great to see what your team can come up with as a possible model to try in fitting the data. In return, we are happy to share the results of the X-ray data for comparisons to your model, and to cite the Prediction Center as appropriate for any contributions.
