Other information:	EP3 (from Ray Stevens). Contains misoprostol ligand. ___ In regards to the ligand (and receptor), it is fairly easy to model 7 transmembrane helices (lots of templates, well understood properties of this protein family). I would expect everyone to do well on this. In the past we have done a CASP like assessment (published in 2009, 2013 or so) and the only thing that people really seem to care about is if the ligand can be placed accurately, this is what the GPCR field is looking for (and other proteins like kinases). I do not think it would be fair to give hints. Perhaps list as a bonus or stretch goal as part of this years CASP that CASP welcomes anyone who wants to try and model the ligand_ In the past, we accepted 10 models per modeler and asked them to rank their 10 in order of confidence or preference. I am OK with the participants knowing the ligand, it is a very well established top 10 World Health Organization drug for women_s health to stop bleeding during pregnancy, particularly important in under developed countries.
