AL2TS

Translate sequence - structure alignment (AL) into tertiary structure (TS)

AL2TS service provides a possibility to translate AL format to TS format. 

   AL     - Format to express unambiguous ALignments to PDB entries
   TS     - 3D atomic coordinates (Tertiary Structure) PDB format

You have two different possibilities to use AL2TS facility:


1. Paste or type your AL data into box below.

2. Alternatively you can include the name of the local file that contains AL data you want to convert into TS format.
