Hi everybody! This is Daniel Keedy from Dave and Jane Richardson's lab at Duke. We were in charge of TBM/HA assessment for CASP8. This post is intended to let everybody know that the all-atom, full-model scores we implemented and utilized are now freely available on our website as the BACPAC software suite:

http://kinemage.biochem.duke.edu/software/bacpac.php

These tools score the following criteria: MolProbity quality, mainchain "reality", rotamer correctness, mainchain H-bond correctness, sidechain H-bond correctness, and sidechain positioning. More detailed information as well as a link to our paper can be found here:

We encourage the CASP9 assessors to use all six metrics for a well-rounded perspective on all-atom quality as well as Calpha correctness. We also encourage predictors to use the two model-only metrics (MPscore and MCRS) to evaluate the quality of their own predictions, whether retrospectively for CASP9 or proactively in CASP10. Thanks!

Sorry, probably not. However, it is implemented in the BACPAC software described above.
