SIDEBD  four C-terminus residues.  The rotamer set for the search was from 
SIDEBD  the backbone-dependent rotamer library of Dunbrack and Karplus.

LOOPBD  MINMAN the four residues at the C-terminus were minimized with an
LOOPBD  initial side-chain prediction in place, starting from the crystal
LOOPBD  structure backbone.  Minimization was performed with AMBER4.1

LOOPBD  for 1000 steps.  Errors in the backbone angle parameters were then
